Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Services

We offer delivery services for all orders made on our website. Our delivery service options include:

  1. Doorstep delivery: This is our standard delivery service for our customers in Male’ and Hulhumale We normally deliver within same day.
  2. Boat delivery: We deliver to boats and ferries for our customers who are based in the islands.
  3. Resort delivery: This option is for our customers from the resorts. We arrange delivery to resort speedboats, supply boats & Male’ office.
  4. Call for delivery: This is for those customers who are not sure where they will be during our delivery times, we will deliver to your location after giving you a call.

2. Delivery Charges

We offer free deliveries for all orders above 500rf, while deliveries below this amount can incur a delivery fee.

We reserve the right to include any charges (if any) for the deliveries that might include boat fees or pickup/car charges. The customer will be informed prior to delivery.

3. Delivery Schedule

Delivery times are estimated. We will do our best to deliver your order within the estimated time slot and in case of any delays we will try to inform the customer as soon as practicable.

Advanced notice for all deliveries will be appreciated. However, if anything is urgent, you can contact us directly and we will try our best to fit the delivery as requested.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery details so that we can deliver in an efficient and timely manner.

For boat deliveries and resort deliveries, in cases where the boats or ferries depart early or refuse the package, we will inform our customer and try to come to a solution together.

We can also mention the customer details (or any other information) on the package. Please inform our team and we will arrange it for you.

5. Delivery Damages or Losses

We take every precaution to ensure your package is delivered to you in good condition. However, in the unlikely event that the package is damaged or lost during delivery, please notify us immediately via our customer support channels.

6. Returns & Refunds

For all purchases we will allow Forty-Eight Hours for the customer to check for any manufacturer defects. On the unlikely event of such cases, we will address the issue as per company policies. All returned items are required to be in the packaging as provided during the time of purchase.

7. Delivery Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or amend these delivery terms and conditions at any time. Please check our page regularly for updates.

8. Governing Law

These delivery terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maldives. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maldives.
